SE2025

HSI was awarded a 10-year multiple awards Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for SE2025 Research & Mission Analysis (R&MA) support services. HSI, together with 19 partner companies, provides a broad range of research, service analysis, strategic planning, and other related support services, that enable the FAA to accomplish its NAS, non-NAS, and other aviation related mission objectives. The scope of work under the four R&MA contracts provides for the application of scientific and analytical disciplines to conduct applied research. Research focus areas include data collection/reduction, assessments of new technologies, mission needs analysis and assessments, laboratory and testing services, policy studies & analysis, and concept exploration and development required to satisfy existing and emerging demand for NAS services. The ceiling value of all contracts under the SE2025 portfolio is $767,600,000.

ETASS

The ETASS contract provides for a broad range of technical and professional services to support operations in the En Route and Oceanic Service Unit as well as Technical Operations Services, System Operations Services, and the Office of Technical Training organizations. Work under the ETASS contract includes such mission-critical programs as En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM), Advance Technologies and Oceanic Procedures (ATOP), Weather and Radar Processor (WARP), Integrated Terminal Weather Systems (ITWS), Aviation Surface Observation Network (ASWON), Traffic Flow Management (TFM), and Data Communications, as well as other programs throughout the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

Systems Engineering 2020 (SE2020)

The FAA has awarded Metron Aviation and ITT the Systems Engineering 2020 (SE2020) contract to support FAA's NextGen mission and initiatives. With a five-year base period and option years that extend the contract for a total of ten years, the SE2020 contract supports the development, testing, deployment, implementation, and post-implementation of the FAA's Next Generation (NextGen) air traffic control technology and systems. As subcontractor to Metron Aviation and ITT, respectively, HSI provides air traffic control, technical, and human factors expertise to support four tasks: (1) development of a Master Future Operational Concepts Document for all en route and oceanic systems in the NextGen plans; (2) human factors exploration for NextGen; (3) operational concepts integration; and (4) Common Status and Structure Data Concept.

GSA MOBIS

HSI holds the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 874 -Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS). Under our GSA MOBIS Schedule, we provide our customers a fast and efficient way to obtain superior management and consulting services to help them meet their mission-critical goals.

We are approved to provide services under five Special Item Numbers (SINs) of the MOBIS contract.


SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is the Navy's electronic platform for competitively procuring engineering, financial management, and professional and program support services in 22 functional areas, such as R&D support, modeling, prototyping, human factors engineering, system safety, and QA support, among others.

Sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command /Naval Surface Warfare Center, this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number N00178-12-R-4000 has a ceiling of $36.4 billion and expires on April 4, 2014. The services provided under this contract vehicle are available to all of the Navy SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, and NAVFAC), MSC, SSP, and USMC and their related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field activities.
